Here what we have is one of the most extreme films ever to come out of Japan and in my opinion that is certainly saying something considering some of the stuff that has come out of the country in the last sixty years or so. Story of a doctor who kidnaps a couple on a first date and torments and tortures them to death in some really disgusting ways!! Alot of people call certain movies extreme but most of them haven't seen Grotesque. Must See for any fan of hardcore films!
