This is one fucked up German horror movie about a serial killer who works out of his home and kills any woman that has the bad luck of knocking on his door or coming in contact with him. Before killing them he takes naked pictures of them,fucks them and then kills them. This one may be best known for one particular scene where the killer actually hammers a nail through his dick into a board which is 100% real, real dick/real nail=OUCH!
