Headless Eyes
Great early 70s Horror/Exploitation picture about a serial killer who loves to cut the eyes out of women's heads in 1970s NYC. The DVD cover makes it look like an 80s slasher movie but it is anything but that, it's more along the line of Maniac or Bloodrage.
