Crazy Documentary about Shane Ballard (R.I.P.) who was a 22 year old owner of a small record company who decides to run for sheriff of Lowndes county Mississippi, USA when the county decides to start going after adult businesses. The movie follows him on the campaign trail and also follows his friendship with Charles Manson.
