Reservoir Cats
This one came out a good 20+ years before Tarantino's movie and I'm sure if nothing else had an influence on the naming of his film as only one scene has the feel of his film. This one is mainly a Sexploitation picture about a private eye who is investigating a low level gangster at his slutty sister's request.
Really strange shit!!
