Dr. Black and Mr. Hyde
Here we have another Blaxploitation meets Horror Picture about a black doctor who is making and testing a serum to help with liver disease though every batch of serium he tests on lab animals but when he injects them they turn "white" and kill all the non white animals in the cage. He tests it on a sick black woman and she turns "white" and tries to kill her nurse and then dies so he starts to inject himself with the serum and turns "white" I keep putting white in quotes because they look more like walkers from the walking dead than a white person. he starts killing hookers for reasons explained in the picture and gets hunted down by the police. Very good movie but more of a Horror than Blaxploitation even though it has an all black cast and is based in Watts california U.S.A.
