The Incredible 2 Headed Transplant
This
one came out in the early 70s when a bunch of the "two headed" themed
movies came out but this may be the nastiest of the genre that I have
seen. This one is about a serial killer/rapist who kills a family but
escapes from prison after being arrested who ends up at the doorstep of a
doctor obsessed with doing head transplants on the living. After
hunting the killer down he kidnaps the doctors wife the doctor
transplants his head onto a big retarded man's body who works for him as
a gardener.
The two headed freak then kidnaps the doctors wife again and the chase to rescue her then begins again.
