The Super
I guess you would classify this one as a throwback to a 70s Exploitation picture about a crazy super in an apartment building in Queens NY. Crazy fucking movie which is well worth a watch, the only thing I didn't like was the cop character who couldn't act his way out of a paper bag. Also another mentionable about this one is it co-stars Lynn Lowry the co-star of the original 1973 "The Crazies".
