Alot of people seem to think this is the sickest film ever made and most of the hype seems to be about a certain scene where a pregnant woman gets her baby ripped out of her cunt and killed, as sick as this film is I don't think it is the sickest film ever made and I don't think the baby scene was even the sickest part of the film in my opinion their were some really nastier and harder to watch parts of it than that. This is a real must see for extreme cinema fans but probably not for the casual horror fan, not that it is a horror movie.
