Nightmare in a Damaged Brain
A.K.A. Nightmare. This is really a pretty sick Horror/Slasher movie about a man in a mental hospitals who's nightmares drive him to escape the hospital and go on a killing spree in some Very gory ways especially for the time. (1981)
Great picture without any of the goofy stuff that came with horror movies of the time.
