NYC has a complete power outage just as a trio of lunatics are being transported to prison until they escape and take the residents of an apartment building hostage. This one is along the lines of Fight for your Life. Great movie,I really enjoyed!! Stars Robert Carradine of Revenge of the Nerds fame. Don't let the lame dvd cover discourage you I couldn't find the original.
