As the title says it's full of both. South American Exploitation. Kinda like a Last House on the Left style movie where a group of prisoners escape from prison and take a beach house as a hideout that is occupied by a few women and a few men on holiday. They end up raping and killing them as the police start to investigate a murder one of them did earlier on the beach.
