Mansion of the Doomed
Decent Horror movie about a doctor who's daughter goes blind in a car accident while he is driving and his guilt drives him to try to give her back her sight by kidnapping people and plucking out their eyes and implanting them in her but as experiment after experiment fail the eyeless victims start to add up in the cages in his basement until they all strike back!
