Death of a Snowman
I'm pretty sure you could count about as many Blaxploitation pictures that came out of South Africa on one hand and this is one of them. Believe it or not the production value is even cheaper on this picture than just about any American Blaxploitation picture. This one is about a black reporter and a white cop who team up to solve a lash of vigilante killings.
