Papaya: The Love Goddess of the Cannibals
Italian Horror movie about a group of scientists visiting an island hoping to get rid of the native cannibals so they could use the island as a nuclear test site but once they meet the female leader of the cannibals all goes down hill and fast as they all start showing up dead one by one. To tell you how sleazy this one is it starts out with a man being castrated via a woman's mouth.
