Here we have another Only in Japan movie, meaning it could never have been made in any other country!! This is the story of three people, the first a man who has fantasies of raping women, a lesbian who works as a doctor's assistant and another female doctor's assistant.
The lesbian convinces the man to start to actually rape women which he prefers to do with the silencer of his gun opposed to his dick, after a few attempts the lesbian gives up on trying to turn the other woman to women and she turns to the rapist to rape her love interest and when that doesn't work she seduces the rapist to get his "seed" to pregnate her through another rape.
