Don't Look in the Basement
A.K.A. The Forgotten. Another great example of early 70's Horror/Exploitation. Story of a nurse who starts working at an asylum where a mysterious murder happens. She ends up being tormented by the patients until she damn near goes mad.
Up there with the best in the genre!!
