Mardi Gras Massacre
First off I want to say the video quality sucks, it looks as though it was either a VHSRIP or a public domain rip i.e. one of those 100 horror movies on 25 disks box sets for $19.99. With that said it is a decent horror movie about a serial killer that is killing hookers in New Orleans a few days before Mardi Gras in a ritualistic fashion and the cops investigating the killings. Pretty decent killings and story that ends up really going nowhere which is the downfall of this one but still VERY worth a watch!!
