Alright now first off I want to say do not let the horrible IMDB reviews sway you away from this one!! Now I can't say they are really wrong this isn't the most exciting movie ever made but I truly enJoyed it! It was actually originally released in 3D and is a cross between Horror and an Apocalyptic picture. It's about a doctor who works for a company working for the government to make a parasite to kill off the population but instead infects him. He ends up on the run trying to figure out a cure to save himself from the parasite living inside him which leads him to meeting a bunch of scumbags who are trying to live through an apocolypse and running from a killer in a Lambo sent from the government.
