This is a strange Blaxploitation picture as it is does not follow the usual blue print for the genre, No pimps,No Caddies,No crooked cops or Italian Mobsters! It is more of a spy movie as the lead he is going to another country to make a deal with a crime group and finds trouble once there. Good movie just not what you would expect from the genre!
