Titicut Follies
First off this movie is hardcore and a very disturbing watch. It is a documentary about a mental hospital in the 1960s with footage of the crazy patients held there and the horrible conditions they were living in. I'll have plenty of fucked up movies on this blog by the time I'm done but the ones like this one which features real footage are really the true shocking stuff. Really hard to believe places like this existed.
