we have another Blaxploitation picture that is a bit on the slow side.
The story of Marcus who is out to take care of the arsonist who burned
down the tenement his mother lived in killing her, while doing so he has
his girlfriend begging him to move her out of the ghetto and the local
Black Panthers trying to get him to join them in their cause.
