Here we have the story of a young couple out for a drive when their car breaks down but luckily a good samaritan comes along and he brings them back to his house where he quickly pulls out a large knife and takes them hostage where he plans to sexually abuse both of them. Like other Japanese movies like this within days the boyfriend decides to join the kidnapper and become his apprentice in torture. The two decide to kidnap yet another girl to torture.
Some of the torture in this one seems real and gets real nasty at times!!
