Luther the Geek
Just like the sun shines on a dog's ass sometimes Troma actually puts out a watchable movie once in a while and this is certainly one of them. This has a real late 70s early 80s feels to it about a kid who sees a geek and gets the taste of blood in his system who grows up to be a killer.
Crazy movie!!
