Well here we have the second in the Rapeman series and in this one the Rapeman returns with the help of his uncle to solve the death of a little girl who died mysteriously at the hospital after being hit by a car, after a little investigation Rapeman style they realize the hospital is killing patients to steal their organs to sell them to China.
